3. Payments & Subscriptions

All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

You are solely responsible for:

5. Intellectual Property

Company retains ownership of its software configurations, workflows, branding, and service materials. Users retain ownership of their own data.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of underlying software platforms or third-party infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

8. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate access at its discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
